Social Control and Mass HypnosisDavid Icke coined the term Problem-Reaction Solution which he emphasized more in his recent works after the term Terrorism was made so real out of the realms of the subconsciousness. Before that moment came people would be afraid to death of the plague or of AIDS but now terrorism is the latest term used to propagate a deep sense of fear, hysteria, and mass control. The contention Icke makes in his books is that people are manipulated on a mass-subconscious level through societal structures. Being weak and powerless as a result of the subtle manipulation whilst still pursuing their apparent needs and wants leaves a person prone to fall for the Problem-Reaction Solution. The most common current application of Problem-Reaction Solution is asking people to provide personal information for storage in databases to prevent terrorism or to benefit global information networks. Mathematics is the language the universe uses to communicate and this is how the arithmetic parts of the human mind work also. Economics is a formulation of mathematics and this is manifested in our lives and is evident in our actions. People use the economical-mindset in almost all of life and most psychological interactions consist of at least one level of bargaining. This is often unapparent to the conscious mind – since we seldom view our lives as trading one thing for another to get what we think is best for us. Yet we do not just trade cash, we trade our freedom, our sense of creativity, and our willingness to grant our trust, among other things. Focusing on this bargaining process causes attention to flow from from the essence of a person (their true self) to their apparent ego-driven needs. It is not hard to convince someone to shift their perspective to attempt safeguarding a social idea or agenda rather than focusing on their essential self or integrity first. The Problem-Reaction Solution brings a person to see their actions of giving up their information as either being for or against terrorism or another dual-notion. It is set up as such that there are no shades of grey – "you're either with us or against us". Non-participation is categorized as rebellion. However, if we safeguard our own essential freedom in being who we are within rather than letting our perspective become diluted and brought down to an ego-needs based level, then we reject to fall for the tricks and plots running through our governments and mass-media. |
