<description>Thank you, AlexD, for the inspiring article.

My personal focus augments the abstract verities with the visceral realities of everyday life. Simply, palpable discomfort accompanies dishonesty, deceit or delusion.

Our ego perception grows as the child grows within the enculturating influences of becoming socialized to the dishonesties of our communities. Until most become numb to the social, increasingly personal, delusions. They become numb to their visceral discomfort.

For me, desire to remove the source of discomfort became the first step in this adventure. No more pain killers to mask, to numb, the symptoms. The pain, the discomfort, reveals the delusion, the deceit, the lie.

Within discomfort I find the joy of knowing that truth, lies beneath the facade of delusion waiting for me to discover and explore its honestly.

The net result, for me, means embracing my lies, my fears, my dishonesty instead of hiding from them. Through the embrace they disappear.

This tact never fails me, and life evolves as a never-ending expanse of light and joy.

Bottomline: Trust your gut. Through it you feel the discomfort of the lie. Through it you feel the comforting light of the truth. Honestly!
