I Know You've Been reading through a number of the articles on meditation and astral travel here, perhaps watching some of the movie clips I've put up, or browsing through some of the discussion threads I've linked to.

Meditation and higher consciousness "travel" are both exciting concepts. The process of expanding our mental and spiritual abilities is both fun and rewarding.

WHY a Tele-Class?

The Tele-class is a real time environment where I'll spend some time talking about deeper meditation training. No past experience is required.

Even though no experience is required this class will focus on deeper meditation methods and in ultimate terms: Transcension of Ego and Self-awareness through meditation.

The tele-class features a Chat Box for those participating to ask real time questions. The class will be audio-based with the aid of a digital whiteboard. Computer speakers are required unless dialing in.

The Meditation Progression

• Meditation leads to alpha "creative state" consciousness
• Sharp focus leads to image streams and remote sight
• Samadhi leads to higher astral travel
• Spiritual awakening leads to higher mental integration
• "No mind" leads to the Causal plane of post-consciusness (Being)
