Thanks for your comment. Fear is something we have to face up to. Consider, the demonic figures and manifestations of our greatest fears are there already whether we choose to see them or not. But by choosing to see them we confront them.

Like confronting all of our general fears this is hard, but it has to be done to be able to become a stronger person.

It may seem a weird question but… what if one has a vision of their worst fears come alive in front of them?

The reason I'm asking this is that I'm an easily spooked person — especially at night. I think that is the reason I'm not fully giving myself to the experience… I've always been scared of the dark, of something watching me, of demonic creatures ready to rip the skin of my flesh.

I really want to overcome these fears but I'm not sure where to start.
