SPIRITUAL SYNCRONICATION MP3 Tracks

At the beginning of next month I am planning to release some audio meditations and practical sessions. These will be CD-length downloads that include guided meditations and techniques for:

Consciousness projection and astral travel
Learning how to meditate
Re-programming negative beliefs
and more

Since it can be difficult to read about some of these techniques and then go off to practice them, these audio meditations will include a much more direct approach – incorporating special sound frequencies to facilitate positive change on a number of levels for the listener. Look out for the first download soon, some initial comments from readers will be, as always, welcome.
