SPIRITUAL SYNC is a new line of audio downloads I have been working on for the last few months. The Reason for SPIRITUAL SYNC

Earlier in 2008 I became more certain than ever that spiritual practice is much more important than spiritual knowledge or 'intellectual' awareness of spiritual experiences. I started thinking about methods to bring applicable and practical methods of incorporating self development, awareness, and healing skills into people's lives on the most direct level.

SPIRITUAL SYNC MP3s are intended to offer 3 levels of benefits:

1. Guided voice which is based on a number of techniques I have discussed on this blog but offers a more personal level of practicing them.
2. Theta and other brainwave resonance that talks to the subconscious mind to relax and release negative energies and patterns.
3. Subliminal suggestion that talks to the unconscious mind to reinforce the desired outcome.

The SPIRITUAL SYNC series will have several new tracks added often that will be aimed at offering practical approaches for learning meditation, energetic healing, astral travel, and much more. The first few tracks I am releasing will be based on inner healing and repairing negative beliefs and patterns within the mind.

Each "CD-length" package will cost about $5 to $10 to cover bandwidth and production costs and will be available in MP3 download format. Each full track is anticipated to have 3 sections, 20 minutes each, to make a full hour worth of listening. This might differ from session to session however.

Is It Hypnosis?

This is not quite hypnosis, but it does resemble hypnosis somewhat. SPIRITUAL SYNC works on the assumption that we all build our lives based on patterns that are reflected in our environment and social interactions - we cannot help but be a part of the 'collective consciousness'. People have strived to achieve a more spiritual life throughout the ages but have found themselves creating division and dualities instead of more productive outcomes.

SPIRITUAL SYNC approaches this from the perspective of using the subconscious and conscious minds in tandem to allow a personal spiritual awareness that is natural and meaningful. I will write more on this audio project in a couple of weeks, but for now feel free to download the file above and give it a listen. I will be glad to hear some thoughts and experiences with the basic intro meditation technique.
