Some Manifestation Tips

In this post I am going to present some manifestation tips from a number of sources around the web. Manifestation is the new age term for attracting your dream life with the power of intention. I have found a few articles on affirmation and maximizing the effect of intention that I would like to share.

Law of attraction media points out the importance of falling asleep with a positive or well-established idea of your intention for tomorrow, the next week, and the long term future.

Sleeping is the time that your inner self goes where it wants to go while your physical self is getting the much needed rest it needs.

New learning cause physical changes in brain cells. When stimulated by new information, brain cells actually grow branches (dendrites), leading to new connections.

Get Wisdom looks at how manifestation often occurs in a negative light when we do not take action in our lives to decide on our intention before our subconscious mind decides for us.

Many years ago I often visited with a couple who believed that life was dumping garbage on them daily. They would talk about their bad luck. They would tell me how their health was deteriorating. It was weird, but they seemed to thrive on this negative energy.

In addition, the author of The Secret… of Assumed Mechanisms highlights the importance of opening yourself to the opportunities life presents to you rather than just hoping for the best. Manifestation is presented as an intention-based active process of deprogramming.

Once the person has decided what it is they want, then they must allow themselves to have it. This is a fair bit of deprogramming – to tackle one's own guilt at, or fear of, achievement. More important than this, the person is taking their pipedream and changing their attitude to it so it becomes an achievable goal. This becomes absolutely vital for the next phase.
