Dulcinea

Posted in Personal and Guest Entries on May 17th, 2008

He is not mad. His thought is clearer than the saner man
For in her he saw beauty overflowing
Through the tattered clothes
In dreams he wanders the dark in search of her

Trapped in our own Net of Being

Posted in The Creative Box on May 16th, 2008

Finding Your Purpose

As I see it the intent of this technique is to reconnect to an inner essence; a deeper substance. Read on »

Posted in Modern Spiritual Practice on May 11th, 2008

Each and every thing that can be imagined, exists on some level. If a person imagines -for instance- a centaur - this gives the centaur some level of existence. It exists at least on an astral plane or in the Mind mental-level of experience. This object, this imagined thing might have essence, even if it does not have form. Read on »

Thoughts and feelings not only partake in physical reality but shape how physical reality is experienced. The shaping of the experience can be alluded to as an outpouring of the inner world to color the canvas of the outer world with the unique brushstrokes of each individual. Read on »

Thoughts On Materialism

Posted in Self-Consciousness on May 8th, 2008

The endeavor to find a greater sense of meaning in things can often begin with the search into the post-physical. The difference between a physical and post-physical essence can be found in asking this question: what is the fundamental value of the thing I am looking into? Consider marriage or birthdates to take as an example. Do we consider an upcoming birthdate just a date on a calendar? Is that all the meaning it has for us? Read on »
