The magic of the human aura

Posted in Uncategorized on Jan 25th, 2010

Outgoing Waves

The human aura and its properties have played a major part in healing ever since people could perceive auras and energy fields around others. Simply by directing our flow of energy from one area of awareness to another – something magical happens.

Few people can actually see auras nowadays, it is far more rare to do than it was in ancient and primitive civilizations where the flow of energy dynamics was considered an essential part of all functioning.

Now, it's much harder to get a grasp on how healing occurs. Rather than restoring the flow of energy most medical practitioners break problems apart by only looking at the physical interpretations of health and illness.

Health through awareness

Most aura readers find that when a person is thinking about something, the flow of energy can be seen upwards around their head, likewise when we feel emotions intensely the energy around our navel and heart areas begins to increase in flow. Most of us are already aware of this. Have you ever felt a tingling sensation in your stomach after experiencing a strong emotion? How about a wave of warm loving energy in your chest? Many dismiss these as physiological sensations, but in my experience they are much more than that.

During one healing experience I noticed a deep sense of contentment and love expanding from within my chest, the sensation increases outwards until I felt connected by this energy to everything around me and what felt to be everything even beyond my room.

This was a profound experience, and I believe we are all ever-connected to that source of love and peace, however much we may have forgotten how to go about connecting to it on a daily basis. The magic of the human aura arises when we learn to re-experience that connection again.

Practicing developing your mind sight is one of the most effective ways to learn how to sense and see your aura, and the aura around others, again. I believe that this ability exists within everyone, and is merely waiting to be awakened within us.

The signs of a spiritual awakening

Posted in Uncategorized on Jan 19th, 2010

There are specific signs of a spiritual awakening that can be noted as common among those individuals who are on a spiritual path. Even though no process of spiritual awakening is the same for two people, clear commonalities arise in such drastic changes of consciousness.

Spiritual awakenings often manifest physically, mentally, and emotionally on a number of levels. These manifestations are both positive and negative. Usually, but not exclusively, the negatives outweigh the positives initially but the positives begin to outweigh the negatives in the long-term. The main reasoning behind this is that a spiritual change of any kind causes a person's consciousness to go into a more aware level of experience — this causes all sorts of positive changes inward, and all sorts of negative changes in the person's to the external environment as they attempt to adjust in themselves, their family, relationships, friendships, career, and existential understanding of the human condition.

Some of the main signs of a spiritual awakening occurring include:

Physical

  • Changes in diet and eating habits are common.
  • Changes it bodily awareness, such as being more aware of the energy flowing through their body.
  • Bodily vibrations and unconscious movements (energy manifestations).
  • Experiencing waves of elation and ecstasy throughout the body.

Mental

  • Clashing belief systems that can lead to temporary existential anxiety and depression.
  • Beginning to think in more abstract, less specific terms.
  • Perceiving elements of reality more clearly, sometimes gaining instantaneous knowledge or creative insight.

Emotional

  • Temporary mood swings.
  • Feeling emotions more intensely, or feeling a sense of separation from emotions altogether.
  • Feelings of deep peace and union arising within.
  • Becoming more aware of one's own multi-dimensional being and awakening to a new level of compassion and understanding towards others.

There are many other signs of spiritual awakening that were not mentioned here, however this list includes a general overview of some of the experiences of individuals undergoing a spiritual awakening.

Image Streaming

Posted in Uncategorized on Jan 19th, 2010

Image Streaming is a meditation technique that helps access images and other sensory information through the mind.

By closing our eyes we can connect to a certain stream of information, typically a stream of images or a movie like scene. Often when we sit in meditation for a long enough period the mind floats into a deep state where unconscious processing and information from the higher self can begin to come through.

This is what we call image streaming.

Image streaming has a number of applications such as receiving information from your unconscious mind or from the higher self. The information normally comes through in the form of images, sounds, and feelings. Essentially all the senses you are capable of experiencing externally, you are capable of experiencing in the internal worlds.

Many people have likened image streaming to remote viewing and astral projection. However the applications are far greater than these.

You might have even done image streaming yourself once and not realised you were doing it. However once you learn how to do it you will be able to consistently and with purpose. Many techniques like this, like image streaming, like astral projection, and like core energetics, is all lost to the modern world. It all seems very esoteric, however just like Meditation and Yoga is now commonplace in the mainstream, image streaming is just as easy to learn and use.

Positive affirmation tools and subliminal affirmations for success

Posted in Uncategorized on Jan 13th, 2010

Over the last few weeks I've been exploring affirmation tools and subliminal messaging software. This software essentially takes the difficulty out of repeating your own affirmations consistently throughout the day by running as an application in the background on your computer.

Some useful websites I have found are:

You will find that there are many commonalities between the tools and software available on these websites, but in the same respect each one offers something unique; Sample affirmations, affirmation writing guidance, and other useful advice.

The common link between each software package is that, after installing it, affirmations will flash on the screen of your computer periodically. Each flash lasts less than a split-second, just long enough for your subconscious mind to capture it.

You are able to choose from affirmation libraries depending on which goals you would like to achieve in your life, whether they be personal motivation, overcoming addictions, relationship goals, financial goal, or anything else.

The one thing I have found to be most true about affirmations is that to have success with them you really need to use them consistently every day for several weeks. It is only when an affirmation become strong enough to make a significant impact on your existing thinking process that changes begin to manifest outwards — this is the reason that listening to affirmations subconsciously on a CD player, MP3 player, or simply allowing them to sink in on your computer screen is essential practice.

Kundalini Rising Is The Ultimate Source of Spiritual Transformation

Posted in Conscious Living on Jan 13th, 2010

Kundalini unravels itself in a deeper form of meditation that few people ever encounter. It's the true form of 'enlightenment' that people speak of when seeking a full personal transformation. Often, meditation peak experiences and even consciousness 'highs' on certain substances give a glimpse into the nature of Kundalini Rising. But, unlike these temporal states, Kundalini differs, with it's permanence.

Carl Jung shared this mindset of 'holistic change' writing that the Kundalini experience awakens a "new world" outside of what we consider 'normal' consciousness. Jung had a significant role in unveiling the Kundalini experience to the West from much of the misunderstood Eastern writings on the Kundalini experiences from Spiritual Gurus who have known about Kundalini for centuries… long before the washed-down New-age notions of Kundalini crept into modern meditation practices.

Understanding Kundalini on a Practical Level

For the most part the literal meaning of Kundalini is 'coiled'. In simple terms, it is trapped consciousness. Most spiritual practices are aware of the 7 Chakra model of consciousness. These energetic structures are said to maintain and regulate the health of both mental, emotional, and corporal bodies. These 7 centers also suggest reasons for certain individuals having higher intuitive abilities, with others have a closer innate connection to God, with others being more in balance with their emotions.

The Kundalini Meditation opens and balances all 7 of these chakras. This is an experience that can be felt with great affect. It is a cleansing and awakening process. It's something I've experienced on a direct level since I began more serious meditations in 2006. I have often written of the experience as a deep and fulfilling sense of peace. I've also alluded to being able to experience sharper emotions and more intuitive thinking as a result of connecting with these 7 chakras in meditation.

Most people who meditate miss the true meaning of meditation. Rather than using it for a tool to transform themselves from the inside out, their aim is for instant results, instant change, and enlargement of ego-driven possessions. Kundalini meditations are opposite to this, requiring a deep desire to let go of the 'corporal self' and embrace the Infinite within.
